Airtel — bad network, no network | |||
Dear Airtel team, Greetings!!! I have to write this complaints not because your service has downgraded but there are no steps being taken to improve the services. I am not in India now but my entire family, relatives, villagers as well as my people suffering from your bad network connection. They might have complained to you but from last eight months no one is bother to resolve the issue. I am from a village name Jogaulia Tola Gulab Khan, PO- Rupni, PS- Gulwara Madhuban, Dist- E Champaran, Bihar. We have almost 10, 000 Airtel devoted users who are using it from past many years but due to bad signals and no signal everyone is suffering and have planned to switch to another company. Why I m writing this to you because when i try to talk to my parents i can talk to them even for four to five days because there is no signal in my area. There is a Airtel tower in barely 1000 meters away from my home but is standing for no reasons. Please take my words very seriously and do the needful otherwise wait for the subsequent.
