[Resolved]  Airtel — Bad service experience

We have a fixed line & broadband plan from airtel which was working normal. According to the plan we should get unlimited local+STD mobile & landline calls but we were not able to make any STD landline calls. We lodged a complaint for the same and the customer care said they would resolve the issue in 24 hrs. Instead of resolving this they did something which disabled our complete outgoing calls. We again made a complaint for the new issue. It has been 20 days and still the issue has not been resolved. Every time we call we would get a new executive and a new supervisor who would tell us that it would resolve in 24 hrs but it has been 20 days and still they are trying to resolve. The problem is that they are still not able to figure out what is happening. I have asked for the zonal office no also but still nothing has been done. I have chosen this platform to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. This has been one of the worst experiences I had from service provider like airtel.

I think airtel has taken the problem into priority once it has been mentioned over here. They should have done the same thing when the issue was mentioned to customer care center. Mohd. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi Airtel Now Days Airtel have too bad internet service in my area pin 143303

i recharge my pack with 199 for dayley 1gb pac for 28 days now 18 days goes and am not use internet becuse too slow internet .. or bad service by airtel telecom .. i call service center he ask evrey where have slow internet problem we solve it solve soleve earley ..but in 18 days no solution...to bad service by airtel
