[Resolved] Airtel — Balance Deduction and service activation | |
Yesterday i directly received a message stating ASK A DOCTOR has been activated and balance Rs 30 deducted. I never opted for this service and also i never got any confirmation message regarding activating this service. Please refund my amount. This is illegal. AS per TRAI rules any service to be activated must be accompanied with a confirmation message that the user wants this service or not . I never got an such message and directly you cut my balance.
