Airtel — balance deduction due to some service called what mobile without the permission of the user | |
I am a regular customer of airtel. On 16th april 2018 some services get activated on my number without my permission and balance has deducted. I got 2 messages that whatsmob service has activated in my account for which Rs.75 was been deducted from my account. When I called the customer care they said user must have click on pop up and have activated the services. And I din’t get any pop msg regarding that and I have never activated such type of services on my number. I want you to refund my whole balance which has deducted...or else I have to take a serious action regarding this..!! Was this information helpful? | |
