Airtel — balance deduction - whatsmob

I never asked for whatsmob service activation. Airtel informed me through sms on 23 june 2018 that this service was activated on my sim [protected] and i was deducted rs75/- for a 15 days.

I was totally shocked. This is brazen cheating. I don't even know what this whatsmob service is supposed to be. Airtel should have first explained to us subscribers what it means and asked whether we want it or not.

When i tried to call customer service for getting details about this service i am unable to reach your service people.

I want my 75 rupees reverted back to my account & deactivate this service. Thanks...
