[Resolved] Airtel — balance deductions and call not connecting to customer care

Within 5 min of recharge, 99rs balance deducted. They automatically activated some stupid modeling services and when i call customer care it says press one press two... But still the call doesn't connect. It's not the first time for me. I haven't used my sim for past 6 months properly and suddenly these pops up when i recharge.
My airtel number is [protected] karnataka circle.
And they have also deducted most of my balance from the past few months as i didn't had a phone and had kept the sim with myself. The balance when i checked after putting the sim into phone was 1.80 rs from 40rs.

Complaint marked as Resolved

I contacted customer care directly from 12118 and they refunded the amount.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by vismay g s The guy called me and he didn't even confirm me that he was an Airtel executive and he asked me that he needs the card number to resolve the issue. When I asked isn't transaction Id enough he keeps insisting to provide card number.
He called me from this number [protected]
When I called him back it says your call is on wait please hold the line.

Says he is an airtel executive and he doesn't even confirm himself and doesn't know any other languages except hindi and english directly asking for card details and insisting for card details and doesn't need transaction id.
