[Resolved] Airtel — balance deductions and call not connecting to customer care | |||
Within 5 min of recharge, 99rs balance deducted. They automatically activated some stupid modeling services and when i call customer care it says press one press two... But still the call doesn't connect. It's not the first time for me. I haven't used my sim for past 6 months properly and suddenly these pops up when i recharge. My airtel number is [protected] karnataka circle. And they have also deducted most of my balance from the past few months as i didn't had a phone and had kept the sim with myself. The balance when i checked after putting the sim into phone was 1.80 rs from 40rs. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted customer care directly from 12118 and they refunded the amount. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
