Airtel — balance got deducted without my knowledge | |||
Hi, I am writing this on behalf of my mother since she doesn't speak, write or understand english, i recharge her number too. Her airtel number is [protected]. Her balance got deducted multiple times due to value-added services which got activated on her number without her prior knowledge. When i called the customer care to resolve this issue and asked if any refund is possible, they simply refused without understanding the customer's point of view. Your customer support is pathetic, first of all its very hard to reach them, they put me on hold multiple times without informing for how long they are going to put me on hold. The tone of customer support representative is very rude, when i asked how can i submit my grievance to airtel, they simply ignored my question and simply said thanks for calling and disconnected the call. I seriously thought that airtel is the best service provider in my area but know after this pathetic experience i would surely opt for jio. Not getting a refund is acceptable but the way you guys address customer is not at all acceptable. If you guys continue with this kind o[censored]ntrained and unprofessional employees that too in customer support team then your company's image is surely gonna get affected.
