Airtel — balance related query | |||
I have sent multiple mails regarding balance update as "even though i have recharged the balance not getting credited hence forth not able to connect 121 to speck with executives" to convey the same query Stating the same through mails to [protected]@airtel.com. But i was getting response from 121 air tel team is contact by dialling 121 for more help. As i have already mentioned without balance i can not able to connect 121 service executive through ivr service. But the team keep on sending the same mail as contact 121 for more help Email & ivr both services are worst Was this information helpful? | |||
