Dear Sir I would like to inform you that you Airtel store runner by the company with kiosk id 1787501 situated at vellore Tamil nadu.opposite Cmc could not provide me a replacement sim when I approached them instead they took the pending bill amount from me and told me find the sim from other shops nearby. I condemn such behaviour of your employee being an old customer of Airtel with my no [protected] and find that the store employees are very uncomfortable operative. So please look into the matter on a serious note. Otherwise shall write the matter to consumer forum.
