[Resolved] Airtel — best offers not activating in menu

Sir i want to recharge my best offer of 197 rs unlimited local and std pack given in *121# menu, it's not being activated from there. Actually i want to deduct this amount from my main balance. If the facility is given then it should be utilized by the customers but it is showing an error. I request you please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanking you
