Airtel — bill payment issue & disconnection

Because of airtel's fault bill was not updated correctly in june month. Since 3rd july, 2019 my outgoing and internet services got blocked because of billing which was airtel's fault as they were not able to update it correctly.
Now they keep sending each month bill along with previous month. They have disconnected my number and asking for payment of bill.

I have sent around 20 emails and called multiple times but all time i get one response that they are working on priority to fix issue.
