[Resolved]  Airtel — bill plan changed without my permission

My bill plan changed from 149 to 399 without my permission, i have never asked to change the plan. I am expecting the old plan (149 plan).

First question who gave authority to change the plan?

I have discussed this with customer care and getting the response saying its not possible to change to the old plan.

I have converted my connection type from Post paid to prepaid. hence the mentioned issue is no more valid now
