[Resolved]  Airtel — billing dispute on technical issue internet charge

Connection [protected] is postpaid connection. As per policy this should get surplus data forwarded to next cycle. I have 100gb of surplus data. Still i have been wrongly charged 500 rs. On registering complain with airtel customer care. I have been asked to pay total payment, also i have informed this will get adjusted in next billing cycle. But after 2 billing cycle it has not yet adjusted. Below are transactions details: 05-dec-2017 to 04-jan-2018 899.38 rs (500 rs been charged extra) 05-jan-2018 to 04-feb-2018 1, 613.09 rs (714.42 current + 899.38 previous [no adjustment made]) 05-feb-2018 to 13-feb-2018 1, 001.78 rs (905 rs as partial payment done as per instruction) i have been entitled to pay only 411.69 rs. Additional note # as per customer care this is known technical issue. But this is going on for past several months. I request to take strong action against such fraudulent cases.
