Airtel — bills not receiving in time regularly

We are not receiving bills regularly for the
Relationship no. [protected], every month we are sending mails, again
And again, still not getting the bills,

Its very difficult for us to make the payment in time.

Kindly take action on this issue and do the needful at the earliest
As we have to get the bills in time every month.
