Airtel — booster charges reversal

This is chandrashekhar vaidya here my no is [protected].
I’ve been charge booster charges from jan’19 onwards. Which i’ve not activated from my side. You can check my records, then why am i charged for.
Same i’ve been complaining to customer service for every month they promise me they will escalate this issue but nothing happens beyond that, and last month i received cold from your billing department saying you need to pay these charges since the bill has been raised, we’ll reverse two months charges in your next bill. This what was promised to me.
But i noticed that i’ve been charged for booster charges this month also. What is going on? This is called cheating.
I want action on this issue for last three months asap.
Stop charging and reverse last three months charges. I’m not going to pay this please.
