Airtel — broadband advance payment refund | |||
I paid rs.1000 (8th nov 2016, caf no. Rai[protected] for airtel broadband service online when airtel excutive came to my home with all plans details. He said they will give me the connection in one week. But after a few months (After their asking more time again and again), one day i got a call from aitel regarding my request. They said "sorry, this service is not available in your area due to some technical difficulties". I said ok, then make refund of my advance payment. They said "it will be done asap" After calling airtell office and asking about the refund many times during a few months one day they said refund has already been processed on a teliphonic conversation. I checked my bank account, there was no such money deposit in my account. I told them the same. They asked me to visit airtel store, sk i did. An excutive at aitel store told me the same that refund has already been processed. I told them that i haven't recived the money. So the excutive asked my contact details and said they will contact me but they didn't. After a few weeks i managed time to go there again and they asked me to come back with bank statement, i did. They told me to come back with a blank check. I gave them without wasting an hour. And it was a blank check but with no printed name. I told them i dont have that and my bank dosent provide that. They said ok, the refund will be processed soon. But i havent recived the refund by now. I didn't get any call or sms about this issue. I think they don't care. Was this information helpful? | |||
