Airtel — broadband bill payment | |||
Hi!! I was airtel broadband user. Due to transfer, i shifted my house. I forgot to pay the bill for the month of feb and march. Then, they keep on torturing me and i paid the bill for those two months. But they are asking to pay the bill for "april - september". I shifted my house. No usage. I dont know about the process of cancellation. I thought if i dont pay the bill they will cancel the connection. They are cheating. One of their customer manager also agreed and asked me to pay 2500 and the rest of amount will get cancel. They also torturing by calling and threatning for legal complaint.
