[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband bill payment has been done; but still they filed a complaint | |||||
Greetings, I was using airtel broadband service from last one year. Recently i have stopped using that service. During the time os disconnection, i was requested to make payment of 1500 rupee and paid it thru cheque. Now from last 10-15 days, i am getting calls from airtel and they are asking me to make payment again, as their records not updated properly. Lasttime when i received a call from airtel customer care they requested me to submit all the proofs for the bill payment and i shared, later there is response from their end. Today i received a call from legal department stating that they have failed a complaint against me due to that i have not made the payment.
