I had applied for a broadband connection for my home on 28th march 2022
The executive asked me to pay for 3 months which is 2829 And told me that i will get connection within one day.
Next day he called me and said as CAF was incorrect which he only gave to me and therefore connection amount will be refunded and you can pay it again for the connection, but I refused to pay and asked to give my money back first.
He gave lame excuses and asked me to check with his lead with false hopes.
From that day i have been continuously calling, sending emails to airtel customer service team but no refund till date.
Fed up with their lies.
