[Resolved] Airtel — broadband connection-biggest nuisance you can buy in the market

Hi, i have purchased airtel broadband plan of 10gb a day, on 28th february 2019, for 3 months totals just over 1400 a month totals around 4300 for 3 months. Consumer id is [protected] connection name is magmata k,. However after 2 days of installation, it started t show the signs of disconnection. Initially it was like 2-3 times a day but after a few days passed, the disconnection became more frequent and it is at least 40-50 times a day, believe it or not. I had contacted the technician who installed the broadband and said they are replacing some cable in my area and said it will be fixed soon, nevertheless the problem just continued to exist. Then i have contacted the customer care, and they sent someone over and checked again and said there is some problem with the connection. And said he will attend it again the next day, but that day never came. Nobody till this date checked it and i am suffering from this frequent disconnection. This is an absolute garbage connection u can buy in the market. Event hough i have 10gb free internet a days couldn't even use 2gb a days am deeply disappointed this event after frequently informing the customer support regarding this issue, no actions had been taken. Looking forward to solve this issue at least i need to use it until my subscription period and after that i would happily trash this junk forever.
