Airtel — Broadband connection getting denied from more than a year | |
I have applied for new connection many times in airtel broadband but they always denied the request and that too without doing a physical check at my location, a broadband connection is already in my area just opposite my house (BS Convent School). how come this school got a connection by airtel and i am denied. someone said the line is choked then how come whole peoples campus enjoy airtel services from so many years, why Airtel hasn't fixed the line yet, someone has to do it so why are they not doing it, Airtel values it's customers but here it's employees are just denying the request from over a year, they just dont wanna do the fixing work maybe. It's not like my area is too far to reach when they have whole campus just in 200 meters from my house having broadband lines. And since they are denying my connection other customers are also not able to enjoy Airtel services, someone from airtel said give us 8-10 connections and we will get you a connection, we cannot do it just for one connection. it felt like AIRTEL DOESN'T CARE! I hope this complaint spread like a troll and someone at higher authority know how airtel services are getting ruined by people at lower grounds.
