[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband data snatched without explanation | |||
I bought airtel broadband connection on 14.06.2017. Within one hour of buying the usage of data showed that 50 gb data has been consumed. I filed a complaint at 121 and then nodal. Neither of them are willing to explain how the data got consumed and are forcing me to pay forit. They didnt even accept my disconnection of number plea. My broadband number is[protected].
