Airtel — broadband frequent disconnection - airtel no[protected] | |||
Hi, I have been trying to reach out to airtel for my broadband issue for almost a week now. I have a 40 mbps plan with airtel but my broadband network speed is barely 8-10mbps which is much lower than what i pay for. I have been complaining to airtel about this for over a week but they haven't done anything to fix it. On repeated complaints they create a service request (Sr no[protected] but close it without resolving or fixing it.. I have been trying to reach them ever since but they don't seem to care. This isn't the first time i've had issues with airtel. Every time i have to reach to consumer forum to get my issue heard. Due to this coronavirus situation, i have been asked to work from home but i'm unable do so properly due to such pathetic broadband connectivity. This is affecting my work badly. Please do the needful and get them to resolve this asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
