Airtel — broadband installation pending for the last 20 days, took advance money. worst service | |||
I requested for new broadband connection from airtel 20 days ago. Next day, airtel executive came collected document and took the activation fee and assured me that connection will be installed in next 2 days. After that, no call no update no broadband. It is like they forget that i am there customer. Its like i gave the donation to airtel. I called customer support like 50 times, everytime same story, it will be installed in next 2 days or our executive will call you in next 24 hours blah blah.. I am fed up with your service. Please refund my money which i paid for connection. I will go for act broadband. If i don't get my money in next 2 days then i will register a case in higher forum and also i will broadcast this to twitter and facebook. Regards, Ankit jain Was this information helpful? | |||
