Airtel — broadband - platinum - amazon/zee membership | |||
I have brought the new airtel broadband connection with platinum plan. As per the terms i was suppose to get amazon prime for 1 year and zee5 premiums for 1 year as well. But after claiming within a month i got mail saying prime account is cancelled, when contacted customer care they are saying account is deactivated, which i didnt do. When further escalated to supervisor he is saying that we need to register amazon prime with new phone number and new emailid. Not sure if we buy new broadband we new buy new sim to activate the offer? Cant be used with existing phone and email id? Similar issue with zee5 got only for 1 month. Can this be resolved.
