[Resolved]  Airtel — Broadband refund #[protected]

I placed a request 79964228 on 13 march to shift my connection to my updated address. I was informed from your customer representative next day that address is not serviceable for Airtel broadband services. I requested to close my connection immidately and refund my amount as I have paid 3 months advance rent while used the services for only one month.

After placing request 80315182 to close my connection I got atleast 5-7 confirmation calls to ask the same reason for cancelling my connection which was annoying. Why should I tell same thing to multiple people again and again!

On 22 march I received a call from your side that we will make the broadband connection available at your new location within a month and you won't be charged for one month. At this I said ok and they closed the request which I placed to close my connection.

Now, I called on 16 April to check the status on my broadband connection availability at new place, at this your customer representative had no information and he said no notes or such service request has been raised to cater my needs I.e. Making broadband available at my new place.

He gave me this email ID to share my concerns and ask for status..

I called on 20th April again and had discussion for around 30 minutes. I got a confirmation mail from their end that I will receive refund from their end which amounts to 2800. Even after I said multiple times to write the date from which date will be processed in an email but that wasn't done either.. I am mentally harassed with these multiple follow ups.

Today again I received message that bill has been generated. When my connection is closed why the heck I am receiving bills.

Refund my amount as early as possible.

Instead of mentioning it multiple times that I no more stay at old address still I got a message today cheque will be issued for refund.its been 25 days since I shared my NEFT details with you guys..stupid unprofessional height of irresponsibility is what you guys are showing to me.
