Airtel — broadband rental amount paid but installation hasn't set up | |||
Hi, I raised a request for broadband installation on friday (18th august) and also paid the rental amount of 500 inr (Caf no.1134525). I submitted my documents and was assured that connection will be set up on saturday. But i haven't heard from installation team still and when i am trying to call them they aren't answering my phone. It has already been 3 days. Also there has not been any update from airtel team. Seems like they'll call millions of time before set-up and later ignore after the amount is paid. Isn't the behavior is highly un-professional. I have been a long loyal customer of airtel but this kind of attitude is demeaning my trust. I request please either update if my request for new connection can be resolved or had i been looted for 500 rs. Looking for a reply. Was this information helpful? | |||

Network is very bad, net connection become 3g to 2g and poor connection.Airtel is fastest networks all over world that was advetised but how?
