Airtel — broadband speed 10% of what is committed

Taken 75mbps connection - from day 1 only getting below 20mbps. Inspite of multiple complaints at 121 nothing changed. Since i have already paid upfront 3000/- for 3 months they don't care. Terrible after sale service and customer care. Airtel should be called no 1 company in successfully cheating crores of indian people. Now the speed is below 10mbps..

When i call customer care the complaints is simply closed without any update saying issue is resolved!!
