Airtel — call cross connection | |||
Many of my friends and family have been complaining to me for quite a while that whenever they try to call me, an unknown person picks up the call. Last week my phone broke down as a result of which my phone was switched off for the whole weekend. Instead of giving a message that my phone is switched off, it automatically redirected my number to (May be the same) unknown person. I also heard that this man got really pissed off and even threatened to file a police compalint if he gets a call in my name again. This has been causing inconvenience to me and people who call me for a while now. Please try and resolve the issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 11, 2018 Kalyan Naidu ummadisetty's response I lost my sim network of mobile number [protected] with out giving any information

Im facing network issues since a year. Im unable to making calls and receiving otps etc. Resolve this asap. Otherwise mnp my number to other network.
Dear airtel ... I am not getting exact 1gb of daily data . Yesterday I used only 840 mb of data and I received a message of 100
percent use of data . This is not for one day only it's a daily issue for me I am even not able to use 1000mb of data kindly help or I will have to switch to other network
