Airtel — call drop / excessive bill | |||
I am facing call drop issue from last 4 month despite registering complaint to airtel csutomer care, there is no solution, instead they giving me bill which is almost double compare to normal bill charges, also without intimation they chnage my plan, and for normal calling they giving me 1200 rs of bill, and forcing me to pay it, last few days, they are harassing me with phone calls by there exicutives, Need justice Either wave off extra charges so that i can port it out or solve network issue, which they are not doing Was this information helpful? | |||

I recharged Rs 399 for 84 days as airtel customer.But there is not 4G network there is 2g network from 2 days, When I am trying to call, IVR is not responding according my button.

3 rd aug 2018, I complaint about the call drop .Many times reminded them every time got the response that we are working on it.Nothing is improved.
