Airtel — can not make a call on specific numbers

I can receive from [protected] & [protected] but i can't call those numbers... Why?? I can call everyone else, it's just a specific number i can't make calls to. I've tried everything!! Cleaning my sim, trying my sim in a different handset, sim replacement call setting option blocked numbers deleting everything as i thought my sim was faulty. Please help!

rajah gopal's response the remote does not work without new batteries. for every two days I have to change the batteries.

Complaining since last last year. Several times informed and requested to port. Due to the request after port sms and non availability of time they are misusing the customers.my request is still in hold process fro august 2017.
