Airtel — cancelled account bill payment | |||
I have tried to pay final bill of my recently cancelled airtel postpaid number [protected] with relationship number: [protected] twice using paytm. Once, using my hsbc credit card and second time from my hdfc bank account linked to paytm. Transaction has been declined twice by Airtel and i will get my money back into my account in 7-14 days. This is completely not acceptable. Payment due date is 21 june. Due amount is 364.50. I have no intentions to make another payment till i get my refund nor do i wish to have a late or missed payment on my record. I hold two more airtel postpaid numbers. I will close both if the issue is not resolved before 21 june. Was this information helpful? | |||
