Airtel — change of plan when I'm away from country without my consent | |||
I was offered rs99 postpaid plan in airtel because of which i opted to stay with airtel postpaid. Once im away from the country the plan has been changed to rs399 plan without my consent and now that i raised concerns it has been changed to rs 249 plan. I would like to get the rs 99 plan which was offered to me and as it was changed without my consent. I have done numerous followups and emails. The customer care clearly understands that i cannot visit the office as i'm abroad currently. Knowing this, they are always asking me visit my office for every request, which is not possible as i'm abroad. This behaviour is unacceptable and us unreasonable on a customer. I was using postpaid before this as i submitted request to move to prepaid 4 months back airtel called me and convinced to stay in postpaid plan for rs99, they also said if anything goes wrong i can call airtel and they would support me always. This has turned to be false promise. I would like to either get rs 99 plan or portout of airtel and i cannot come to office for any of this. Airtel has to make exception and process my request as it is not my mistake and it is airtel who changed my plan without my consent. Was this information helpful? | |||
