Airtel — changing of my own pack of selected channels while recharging | |||
I am having airtlel dth connection (Consumer no. [protected]) and as per the new regulations bytrai i have selected my required channels and had changed my packduring mar 2019. The monthly subscription for my selected channels was rs.433/- as per Airtel themselves But when i recharged for my package during apr-19, the package was Changed unilaterally by airtel to kerala value hd plus pack with Monthly subscription of rs.595/-. On intimating them they did not Respond properly and i had to change the pack again to my required Pack. The additional charge for the pack imposed by them was also Deducted. Again on recharging during may the same thing happened Automatically changing to higher value pack. Again i informed airtel, After a long series of messages, an airtel official called and told That my package is reset to what i have selected. But on 23/05/2019, when i logged in to my account, i was surprised to See that my package my plan is showing again kerala value plus hd pack And the amount per month had increased to rs.617/- per month where i Have selected channels worth rs.433/- per month. With a balance of rs.418, the validity is estimated to 20 days only. I have recharged for rs.435/- on 19/05/2019 with a balance of rs.50/- And now expiry date is showing 11/06/2019 Hope you would look in to the issue early Was this information helpful? | |||
