Airtel — charging for vas which is not applied and asking to make payment | |||||
Dear sir, I am used of airtel sim post paid since four years of my mobile number. Vas service not being applied by me but getting message. Immediately asking to customer to stop but charges being asking for that vas charges of rs 125 and 75 another vas charges. Kindly ask the service provider why activating dnd without any information or which individual demand. Kindly confirm why i should pay for which vas nether i have used nor i have applied.
