[Resolved] Airtel — Cheating in family data share plans | |||
I have a family data share plan. I've recharged the parent number with ₹267 4GB data plan and I wasn't able to use internet in the member numbers. On enquiring, I was told ₹267 was only for that particular number and data couldn't be shared. But no such intimation was given during recharge. Hence I asked to change my plan to the regular ₹265 for 1GB data, which was rejected.also refund was rejected.
