Airtel — company has barred my incoming and outgoing calls without bringing to my notice via sms or calls | |||
Sir i am shivaji s. Balamkar from vijayapura (bijapur) district karnataka state. I had an airtel simcard bearing no. [protected] on saturday[protected] the company had barred my outgoing calls without bringing to my notice and on the next day they barred my incoming calls too. When i asked to local airtel outlet they told me to speak customer care. When i called customer care they told that the issue is from the local outlet. Go and ask them. Later i had submitted document[protected] till now it is barred. If you have any document issue you have to warn the your customer via sms or call and then you have to take action whatever it is.
