Airtel — complaining about portability

I had changed my network from aircel to airtel via portablity. I have submitted my upc to my nearest airtel office in mannargudi, thiruvarur dt., tamilnadu. My mobile number which is to be port to airtel is [protected]. I got airtel sim march1, 2018. That sim was not activated till now. I am having important contacts in that number. So kindly help me to get my same number [protected] and i want to continue that number with airtel network,
