[Resolved] Airtel — complaint about disconnection of 4g postpaid | |||||
Sir, my airtel 4g postpaid no is [protected] in the name of prasoon lata.. I had put an email on 22 june, 2017 for discoonection of my this 4g connection in chandigarh as i had to shift back to delhi in july.. I had not been using 4g pack any more.. N my 4g was not disconnected by your side.. Still i am constantly getting calls from airtel for the bill payments.. Inspite of sending email and informing for disconnection i have been receiving constant calls.. And billing amount has also increased meanwhile.. Kindly look into matter asap.. I am facing a lot of discomfort because of constant calls from airtel office.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
