Airtel — complaint about wishful wrong service by airtel | |||
My mobile no.[protected] is a prepaid having airtel sim card.in spite of regular recharge i receive a voice from airtel that you will not able to make any outgoing calls with immediate effect while the printed message says the balance amount of ₹44/ with 100 mb data. Today i got another voice message that your incoming calls are blocked with immediate effect. The airte is providing a txn i'd when the amount is paid. Then the question arises where this money goes? When the complaint is lodged thru e - mail to airtel there answer is that the above no. E-mail i'd is not registered with them and they ask to click on some address which does not exist. I told them to convey their reply by sending sms on my mobile to which they never respond. I sincerely hope to receive a clear cut reply from airtel or they would plunder my money as they had done earlier for tune melodies which were never asked by me.
