Airtel — complaint against airtel digital tv | |||
We are completely shocked and appalled that even after paying the recharge subscription for the tv connection of rs. 14510/- (On annual basis for my multiple connections) via your airtel app, following the instructions exactly as given therein. Even so airtel digital have not activated our connection... Even 10 days after the payment was made! The bank has already debited that transaction, clearly indicating the payment made to airtel This is nothing short of theft of the most terrible magnitude... By supposedly a reputed company like airtel and disgraceful... To say the least!!! Airtel digital is urged either to activate the connection... With additional credit for the missed days or refund the entire amount asap! Was this information helpful? | |||
