Airtel — complaint is not solved | |||
I m calling at airtel since 1 week they were selecting packs of tv by there own and today i call then 1st they disconnect my call 4 times then i again tried and i finally talked to senior advisor mr. Mukesh kumar and they were saying that they charge us rs 15 extra bcz we have no recharge since 1 hour... I asked them about this rules and regulations.. And they didn't provide me and after so many request from my side they provide me a fake website (Attached screenshot of website) and recording my airtel i'd is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
