Airtel — complaint of airtel dth

I have 2 connection of airtel dth i told them to change and give me 001 connection a different id no. After complaining so many times the have shut my both the connection from last 20 days.
The are making fake promisses that its going start in 24 hrs. My balance 680/- that also becomes zero.
