Airtel — complaint regarding bad service | |||
Dear sir / mam, I am writing this mail because your airtel services are very poor. My setup box change by your engineer in jan 18 end week. He said sir this setup box warranty 3 months if any problems you will not pay any amount. But previous 5 days i am facing so much problem. I am call airtel customer care he said i am resolve your problem but you pay engineer visit charges. If three months warranty why i am paying engineer visit charges.
