[Resolved] Airtel — Consumer services related | |||
Hi, I am using [protected] as post paid number, but because of some issue I want to convert this number in prepaid and wanted to be a customer of Airtel. For that I had visited Airtel store Patlipitra( Patna) and had cleared all dues amount and submitted all required documents for that. Store manager have already issued prrpaid sim card to me, but till date my postpaid number has not closed. Some times its a question of Company intention who does not want to convert post paid to prepaid. Now if it will not redolve then I will lodge a legal complain in consumer forum against Airtel.
