[Resolved] Airtel — corporate to individual name change a big tragedy with me to choose airtel | |||||
Dear guys, i am working in qatar. Earlier i was working in india. My no is a cug no which is [protected]. I left my old company then i thought to change it on my name. I called customer care to change it on my name. They suggested me to ask my company coordinator to send an email to [protected]@airtel.in and [protected]@in. Airtel.com as a noc for changing ownership and my id copy. I asked my company director and he did the same. I didn't got any reply on the same so i called customer care then they said you have to visit our store with a noc from the company. I went to india for the same reason the visited my company for the noc and after taking noc i visited the airtel store with required documents. I completed whole process and they gave me a new sim saying that within 5 working days the old sim will stop working and ownership will be changed. I came back to qatar here i again called customer care after 7 days they said till now ownership is not changed but it will take some time but it will be done for sure. Now after 23 days i again called customer care and asked why it is not changed. Then they said sorry sir i couldn't changed it took some time. The port code you did used to get expire after 15 days now you have to again send an sms. But as i am in qatar so can't send an sms. Now who is responsible for this whole inconvenience. Do i have to visit india again and have to my company for a noc again and should wait in india to get it changed?? Do airtel will pay me both sides tickets from qatar do they will be paying for the leaves i will be taking from my company. We shouldn't travel the world if we have airtel connection? We shouldn't work if we have airtel connection? The service request no is 77894898. I need this to be resolved asap otherwise tell me the way i can go forward?
