Airtel — could not able to recharge online to my airtel prepaid mobile. | |||
I have been converted my airtel post paid number to airtel prepaid number since last 7 to 8 month ago. Till then i could not able to recharge my prepaid number through online. I have called multiple times during last two months to customer care to resolve this issue, but no solution from their end. Even i mailed to [protected]@airtel.in several time, but no reply from their end. But today my frustration level exceed as i tried 20 to 25 times to call customer care but line was not connected to customer care executive. It looks like airtel has no value for prepaid customer. I tried to reach your service outlet, but they dont have resolution. I am really frustrated. So looking for a quick resolution else i will port my no to other operator.
