Airtel — customer care service is bad

I had a really bad experience with one of executive at bharti airtel customer care. Recently i've been facing a lot of problems with services of aritel. Call drops, inablility to connect calls at single go, internet problems. Then i called an executive to resolve my problem. Instead of listening to what i wanted to say, she started to convince me that it was ok, that its normal because of large number o[censored]sers and they are installing new towers, so its going to get better. So instead of giving a real, tidy resolution, she tried to sell me her excuse. I wanted to connect that damn call so badly, i told her ok that resolved my problem. No thankyou, no nothing from her and then i said thankyou and she said ok.. Disconnected that call real fast.
