Airtel — Data deduction issue or data balance issue and data coupons disappeared from app | |||
I have recharged from 3 gb per day plan but after using 1.2gb or 1.18gb Airtel message that "u have used 50% o[censored]r data" always everyday same . I have tried registering complaints n trying to get this problem slove on airtel app n no. but no solution to this problem. Also my data coupons also disappeared from airtel app like coupons never existed.i checked available and redeemed and expired coupons section in app but no solution found. Also network speed is very slow compare to what airtel advertising. App showing excellent good data and voice in my area in airtel app but truth is airtel data coverage in my area is poor. Still same problem I am using wifi and open airtel App .. it's deducting data from data balance. I am using another phone for wifi .. but why the hell my mobile data deducting from airtel sim
