Airtel — Data is directly jumping to 3GB with in a fraction of sec and by keeping auto update off

Worst network, when reached out to customer care about the issue, they didnt provide the correct resolution to the problem. Soon after "ON" the the mobile data its jumping to 3GB every data with out any updates and also auto update in my mobile OFF to say the data consumed for mobile updates.
